The Force of Will

By Tony DeLorger © 2011

In endless pursuit of courageous dreams,

I’ve imbued my life and love it seems,

drawing hope from an open soul,

when actions speak of living whole.

So easy to repeat the words,

when deeds mean more in a life unheard,

where actions cut right through the dreams,

and create results for a soul redeemed.

For nothing gels with understanding,

until in practice, demanding,

the physical movement of will,

and the realizations instilled.

As love demands commitment,

so does life’s impediment,

from soul to mind to body,

the transition of thought to readiness.

To accept the path of accomplishment,

from dreams to success is a monument,

to capacities found in application,

to realize our expectations.

So in demand of all our dreams,

let minds embrace in reams,

the paths of trial and defeating,

those limits we set in greeting.
